Ummmm yummmy, fried ice cream. Its real good. The last restaurant I had that at was called Carlos Murphy's in Cupertino. They are closed now...but how they would make....the ice cream was formed into big round scoops, rolled in a coconut crumble of some sort and then frozen separately in a freezer of dried ice. They are made to order...so then they would deep fry it for just seconds to get the coating crispy and then served in a bowl with Carmel and chocolate sauce. It is SO good!!!

Well for us Helado is "Ice Cream" and Frito means "Fried", so I doubt it's fried ice cream, LOL.
