I took a shot of zoladex 10,8 mg in Sept. 2006, had my first period in February 2007 and still didn't have my 2nd period. I'd like to know if it could be effect of Zoladex, but I'll have a pregnancy test. I'm just afraid that the accuracy of the result can be affected... if you know the answer please tell me, don't forget to say if it makes the test + or -... please, write only if you know the answer. Thank you!!

No, it will not affect the accuracy of the test. In fact, I'd be very surprised if you got pregnant while on zoladex because the medication stops ovulation and periods in most women. If you don't ovulate, there is no way to conceive.
