It should be legalized in Washington DC. I am convinced everyone who works in the government is smoking too much of it anyway. The tax revenue would pay for their next crooked pay increase.

it,s partialy legalized in northern calif. you can grow up to 25 plants and you gat a prescrip. from your dr.and your set. i got mine and it lasts for a year.
