Nobody here can tell you all of the names of the Greek gods for the simple reason that there were too many. In addition to the major gods and goddesses of the pantheon there were household gods (particular to families/clans), genii locorum (tied to particular places) and gods of individual communities. The ancient Greeks had literally hundreds of gods. The best anyone can do is tell you who the major gods were -- but a good mythology text would do that even better. I suggest the ones by Bullfinch and Edith Hamilton.

yes, Hesiod pretty much covers them all in his Theogeny. It's not very long, it won't take you long to read it, and when you're done you will know who all the minor and major deities are, what they've done, and how they are related to mortals and other immortals.
He was a Greek farmer who lived about 2200 years ago. A great deal of what we know about ancient Greek cosmogeny comes from him. You can find more info about him on Wikipedia and your local library will be able to supply you with a copy of the Theogeny. It's a good read if you're interested in that kind of thing.
