I'm sure you've heard it a million times before but you need to make a commitment lose the weight. Your skeleton simply wasn't designed to carry thar much weight. You are damaging your bones and muscles, and that is the pain you are feeling. Your muscles are over strained. If this is how you feel now imagine how you will feel in six years.
All this is not to mention how your heart is suffering. Your circulatory system wasn't designed to supprt that much weight either.
You can take the easy way out, do nothing, and die in 10-15 years immoble of a heart attack if not sooner. The other option is to do the hard work. It won't undo the damage already done but it will make you feel better.

I'm not sure what you wanted for an answer, but if you're thinking of losing weight to help with your sore calves, I can help you. I help people lose weight and my advice is free, the only thing you pay for is the products you buy. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and my friend Dennette lost 107 lbs in 13 months. Try as much as possible to be as active and moving and going as you can to get the weight down a little. As for the pain, im not obese but i have had like body aches and pains b4 and try taking a bath in really hot water but not to hot and just soaking there...and try and massage the pain while in there...and when your done the pain will not be as bad.
