Existing? Wow, that would include the legacy languages like Fortran, Cobol, Lisp, Basic, Assembly, Pascal, and a bunch of others. Some are hanging on because there is a ton of old code out there still in use. See what your local Department of Motor Vehicles is using. And, even though they are ancient, all still have their "fan clubs" and free versions are available. And, just to be different, please don't rank C++ as a "high level" language. A true high level language hides the computer from you. The idea that data has actual physical locations in the memory, that you can know those locations, manipulate their contents directly, smells too much like assembly language to me.
