I can't comment on your form as I haven't watched you and am not an expert on this. But you should probably stop and let your wrists heal for a few days. Do lots of stretches the for the muscles in your hands and forearms. Using free weights you can do some hand curls and revers wrist curls and a grip exerciser wouldn't hurt. If you still get pain when you return to it, consult with an expert to see if you've got the technique right. If that doesn't solve it, consult w. a doctor or qualified physical therapist.

Any repetitive motion can cause wrist problems. There are simple exercises you can do to alleviate some of the pain but you may have to let it rest for a short time. I got the exercises off the internet but they aren't there anymore. If you want me to I can send you a .doc of them just let me know, ok?
