Are you two faithful??? Have you tried to pray and ask for this gift? I say give it to God....and he will provide the rest...whether it be a natural child or otherwise...he will provide.
Fertilization doctors can be very expensive and emotionally draining. Start simple ( and least expensive)...get an ovulation kit from the grocery store or drug store. Give that a try for a few months. If that shows no results, make an appointment with your ob/gyn...let him know that you are trying to conceive....ask him to take a better look at what might be holding up the process. At least...your options are still wide open at this point.

Well what I did was during sex I had two pillows under my butt (for elevation) and then after he ejaculated I raised my butt and had my legs up for 20 minutes (helps keep sperm inside instead of some leaking out) and it also helps sperm to travel easier to where they need to go. Sounds weird but I had read up on this and tried it and I got pregnant within 2 months. Also, try to use as little lube as possible like KY (if you even need any) because some argue that lube interferes with sperm (I'm not sure if I completely agree but I didn't take chances). I know you said not to say this but you cant beat tried and true there is only one day a month a woman can get preg. so if you do it everyday for a month then you cant miss
