Call 911. Either she is having a heart attack and needs an ambulance or she will jump up when she hears you on the phone asking for an ambulance for her if she is just being dramatic.
Peace!
PS - Hey, I am not being rude. This isn't in the Health section - I don't think we are looking for medical advice here.

For starters, GET OFF OF THE COMPUTER!!!
If you are not smart enough to call 911 Immediately...you seriously have some issues. I'm sorry..but that would be a no brainer.
I hope that you are kidding, and your poor mother isnt actually on the floor screaming as you say... while you are on the computer waisting valuable time.. when you should be calling 911 and providing support and assistance to your mother.

You should research the symptoms of a heart attack. If you think that heart attack victims lie on the floor screaming, you obviously have no clue.

You - sitting in front of your computer while your mother is in apparent agony sounds rather preposterous to me. If your story is indeed true, then you truly are an idiot wasting time in this manner; inasmuch you should call an ambulance and give her a couple of aspirin just in case it really is an infarction.
Edit: Everyone keeps assuming that the asker is in the United States, hence the urge to call 911. Bear in mind that this is not the number to call in other countries, so telling the asker to call an ambulance would be more appropriate. (UK: 999, Germany: 112, Japan: 119, etc. etc. etc.......)

1) Jump on to Yahoo! Answers
2) Post question "My mom is on the floor screaming "OH GOD I'M HAVING A HEART ATTACK" what should I do?"
3) Wait for answers (theme from Jeopardy might play).
4) Find answer from Anthony Spears and follow his instructions
5) Repeat steps 1-5.

Get off the computer.
Check and see if she's really having a heart attack or if she's just trying to get you off your computer.
If she's trying to get you off the computer, tell her not to cry wolf.
If she's really having a heart attack you're going straight to hell for not calling an ambulance.

step 1) Crap Pants ... it is only proper to have soiled undergarments in a sudden emergency situation
step 2) Call Ambulance ... They help ...they really do ...911 helps here ...
step 3) Hope Bad Things Don't Happen ... bad things suck
step 4) Change Pants ... but only if you want to, you could ..I don't know ..think of it like a gel seat?
