no it's not a virus. sometime when the weather is a certain way, you'll pick up radio interference through your speakers. i get this 2 or 3 times a week for less than a minute. i have even turned the power off to them and still got it every now and then. i also live by a highway . the interference is usually from truck drivers or a CB radio...

revised...DO NOT DO WHAT hUSLER SAID. NEVER UNCHECK ALL ITEMS IN START-UP. THE WRONG THINGS UNCHECKED WILL MAKE YOUR SYSTEM NOT BOOT PAST THE BIOS PROPERLY!!!

The computer doesn't have a virus..

You have a mental illness called schizophrenia. It's where you start to hear voices that do not exist. Go see a psychiatrist immediately, so he can get you on Risperdal, and Olanzapine treatment. There is hope for your condition.. Good luck

Hahaha..What did it say? have you tried talking back at it? hehehe..

Seriously, your computer could be infected by a virus or a malware. On default, computers will not talk when you shut it down so try scanning your computer for viruses using your antivirus program.
