I never use the word HATE when it comes to a person.
I'll say I DISLIKE a person but never hate.
Hate is too much of a strong word!

I've never said I hate you in a serious way to someone, but I have said I hate that certain person before and this was like a year ago.

Its been a long time. I try never to say or think that about anyone. If you hate someone they kind of own you and control you with the hate so its not worth it.

I've never said I hate you.. But what I have said was.. I really don't like you at all. My favorite line to say is: You are really making me angry and you won't like me when I'm angry. (got it from the 1970's incredible hulk) Best line ever...

This ones easy, it was last April, I told my son's teacher I hated her. He was in the 6th grade then, she was trying hard to harass him and got suspended for this.

Three hours ago to my little sister after she screamed at me and then went to bed because she couldn't figure out how to get a file she needed from my laptop to my ipod to her printer and expected me and my mother to figure it all out for her while she slept.

I don't think I ever have. Anybody I would feel that negatively about would not get any kind of passionate words from me, I get cold when angry, and hurt back accordingly.
