Striking rate matters little, playing with consistency & controlling of the rough weather matter most and Sourav is excellent, going great guns.

Well in every team a person is needed who can stay at wicket to save it....while all the team is getting out by playing fast one end should be preserved and that is a role that Ganguly can play ver well......this is the same role which Miandad used to play for Pakistan ! strike rate doesn't matter much of on other side sehwag , Dhoni are other strikers are increasing the run rate !
Secondly i m sure if he just play to increase his run rate , he would not be able to get good score and then again people would criticize him....its better that he stays and add enough runs instead of havig a good strike rate and losing the wicket soon .its benificial for your team as well ! he needs to prove himself as has returned back after soo mcuh controversies ! Give him some time to settle down !he is a great player and worth blessing for indian team !

No it is not so as Ganguly plays a very important role in the Indian team so if he tries to improve is strike rate then he may play dangerously taking risks and could get out.

Ganguly, Hmmm, I would wait till the end of series. I believe he still can't focus/see the ball yet. Luck is with him though. As for Team, he is the reason why India lost to Bangladesh. When he stood so long, why would he start off with Yuv instead of defending one end?

Here is my priority list to take off from team:

1. Ganguly, eye sight issue. I hate him for the way he jumped back into the team.
2. Tendulkar, better retire as he fails in crucial match always
3. Sehwag, 2yrs to make some runs against BERMUDA!!!

First 2 guys knows (if not involved) in all bettings.

No he is playing very good
NOTE:-AN OPENER IS THE MAN WHO DECIDES THE WHOLE MATCH
EX:-IF WE SCORE 70 FROM FIRST 60 BALLS VS SRI LANKA.THEN WE MAY SCORE 300+
IF WE SCORE 30 FROM 60 BALLS THEN WE MAY JUST THINK OF 150+ AND BELOW 0

saurav is now the anchor of Indian cricket he is given the task to be their till the end so he has to play carefully, therefore his strike rate seems to be little low the only probelem with him is he is not able to accelerate runrate at the slog overs

It has to do with the situations, and, of course, he has something to prove! In the world cup, he is going to come out as a steady hero!
