When I've had a really hard and eventful week, I like to do as little as possible on the weekends to relax and unwind.
Sometimes, though, when I've been really lazy all week (skipping class, doing schoolwork at the last minute, etc) and I want to unwind on the weekend, I feel almost like I don't "deserve" it - like I should spend the weekend catching up on things that I neglected during the week.

I feel that way tonight as I'm thinking of my plans for the upcoming weekend. Has anyone ever felt this way, or am I completely crazy?

I definetly feel like that alot lately. Its part of becoming a responsible adult you feel like if you don't get your act together and make up for what you didnt do all week you'll never get it together. I say eat some Ben and Jerrys or get some coffee, listen to some nice relaxing music, and do all your work in one night like fri, sat, or sun and then reward yourself with a nice bubble bath or something you find relaxing. This way when monday roles around you'll want to work hard all week so you can pamper yourself all weekend!!! Hope this helps!!!

as you develop and grow in your self-knowledge, you will realize that there are patterns and cycles and changes and you cannot be uniformly productive all the time and then simpy switch it off and stare at a wall for a set period to recuperate.
sometimes you are simply more productive than other times, and the best thing you can do about that is accept it and try to work with things from there.
if you didn't get everything done during the week that you needed to, then you can spend the weekend catching up. if you have worked hard, you can reward yourself with some R&R. with practice you can learn what it takes for you to work hard but not to overdo it, and what quantity of dowtime serves you best and allows you to maximize your efficiency.
it's all about finding your balance and working with yourself. so don't get into guilt-tripping yourself; that doesn't sound very productive. just use it as a learning experience and use what you learn to finely tune your performance.

That is so funny you put this this way. I do the exact same thing. Sometimes I actually can't wait for Monday so I can get started on what I didn't do for an entire week. It kinda sucks when I do this. This happens when I neglect the things I need to do throughout the week. Yes, you're not alone.

I feel the same sometimes.
It can be good for you, as you might be now have some extra motivation to catch up on things: not only what you were lazy about, but also other plans you never had the energy to work on!
