If it's "all you can eat" and not specified as "single trip" then no. The only thing they might object to is if you took a whole plateful and didn't eat it and went for another or you and another person paid for one dinner and you went up twice and gave them your dinner. (Two people trying to get by with only paying for one person)

no. i think they generally encourage you not to use the same plate (at least to go get 2nds, 3rds, 4ths, 80ths), as it does get kind of gross.
