I am sorry that you have to be apart, when you know how much easier it would be for them, if she could come to Australia.
I can only advise you to follow the advise of Maro's Mum and get as much information as you can.
Also contact some of the Egyptian community support groups in Melbourne or Sydney. They have loads of information on the best way to deal with and who to contact regarding problems such as this.
Your biggest obstacle is going to be in proving that your niece is not going to be a liability on the Australian Health system and require special education needs.
If this is the case then I am sorry, but it will not matter how much you are prepared to support them. It is unlikely that she will be accepted as a suitable immigrant.
I hate having to even write those words. But it is best you know the hard reality before you get your hopes up.
But I also belief it is worth fighting for and maintaining your determination that you will get them here, somehow.
Even if it means going to the media with your story.
I am sure you have seen that in Australia, the government can be persuaded to "bend the rules" if public support is strong enough.

1st I wanna say that I'm so sorry your daughter,so as being her sister you can sponsor her, that will make it a lot easier however I know that there is a very long waiting list on the relative sponsorship but you still can give it a try,and your sister can contact the Australian embassy in Cairo for more details, here is the link

while i replaced right into a baby, my mom placed us to mattress at 7:30 till we've been approximately 10 years previous. We did not inevitably might desire to flow to sleep, consistent with se, yet we've been in mattress at 7:30. This replaced into many times because of the certainty that mom did not have plenty help from my father and he or she necessary a ruin interior the evenings. we'd examine quietly, draw close out and talk quietly (people who shared a room, at any value) and finally we'd flow to sleep... while it have been given dark. My 5 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous is going to mattress at 8/8:30, yet does not might desire to arise till 8 am. in case you do not prefer the time to your self interior the night, then 7:30 is purely too early. in case you do, then that is not. In different words, if that is approximately what's sweet for you/him - 7:30 could be large. If that is approximately what's ultimate for the youngsters... that is too early.

Well, I'm not quite sure of that, but I'm trying to help.
She should go to the Australian embassy and apply for emigration to Australia, but the main problem that she will have to face medical examination, as her daughter will have to.
That's may be an obstacle.
