I don't know any ones in Europe, but I do know this piece of advice, don't look for agencies online, most of them are just out to get your money and don't get you any real jobs or money. The best way to get into modeling is to join a pageant or an acting class or something/somewhere that agents are scouting people in... if they choose you then you have a better chance of actually getting somewhere. Also, don't join anywhere that requires a fee, if the agency thinks that you'll do good then they'll take money out of your paycheck when you start getting modeling jobs.

Go to modelnetwork.com and click on agencies web sites under browse and you will find all that you need. Also, if an agency is actualy interested in her as a model she will not have to spend a dime. They will cater to her every need and if they say otherwise it is not an actual gig.
