okay okay okay
I just saw 300 and im totally psyched on buying a gladiator/spartan-ish game with lots of body parts getting hacked off.
i looked on ign and gamespot, and the 2 best games that fit well w/ what im looking for are God of War and Shadow of Rome.
which 1 should i buy?
btw both games are on ps2

Okay I have not played this shadow of Rome game but even if i did i would still be partial to god of war. if its carnage you seek than look no further than god of war. there is much hacking of body parts to be had as well as a bad @ss story line. take it from me i have played both several times and it never gets old. there's nothing quite like picking up a monster and tearing it in half with your bare hands to unwind after a long day lol. anyways like i said im partial but the game f$##ing rocks. have fun.

shadow of rome is good for the gladiator fights but the story line is a cheap version of russel crowe's gladiator.
god of war is a great game with oustanding graphics, gameplay and storyline plus the sequel is out in a month so i would get god of war. i would give it 9/10

God of War is sooooooooo much better. Get that instead of Shadow of Rome. I would highly recommend it! And, I'm a video game pro, trust me.

yes both are on the ps2,
God of war is way better... get that first.
