make/unmake
do/undo
reasonable/unreasonable
and so on.

Pro = for / in favor of
Anti = against
Un= not
Pre= prior or before
Re= again/ back/ backward

well i would say anti because it means against so ex. antibodies means against life so bodies means life i hope that helps!
