I believe it's called a "cargo cover", or "cargo area cover" (maybe even "retractable cargo area cover"?)

Tonneau or Cargo cover, it doesn't matter, just remember it does not secure your cargo and in case of a accident that cargo can become a flying missile flying towards your or your passengers heads. I'll get off my soap box now.
