go take some Tylenol PM... If this dont work your doctor can prescribe something for you... My dr. gave me AMBIEN! I think! MOST people dont get like that until the end... ALWAYS talk to your doctor about these meds... Call the oncall dr tonight... that is what they get paid for... Good Luck!!!

Have you tried warm milk? It has a natural sedative in it. If you don't like plain warm milk, use warm milk to make a sugar/caffeine free cocoa. Also, try to stretch a lil bit, get comfortable and read while drinking the cocoa. Worked every time for me.

Are you just having general insomnia or is something keeping you awake?
My midwife used to tell me to drink chamomile tea to help me sleep. I slept a lot in my recliner because my back was just KILLING ME! During my last pregnancy I had a terrible time with Restless Legs Syndrome & my doc had me take one tylenol at bedtime each night. Sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn't.

Lay on your side, or your back, and lay on your bed with lots of clean blankets and pillows, close your eyes, rap your body into all the blankets and pillows, and just get lost in your bed, day dreaming about something wild and crazy, or mysterious and in a far away land.

Ask your OB but Tylenol PM was recommended to me. Not every night, but if you need it, no harm in taking one.
