I BELIEVE I HAD AND HAVE MANY OUT OF THE BODY EXPERIENCES I DONOT DO DRUGS SO THEREFOR DONOT CONTRIBUTE MY EXPERIENCES TO THAT FACT I HAVE READ EXTENSIVLY ON THIS AND JUST NEED A OBJUCTIVE POINT OF VIEW ANY SANE ANSWERS OUT THERE

Perception of oneself - be it looks of self assessment is no different than being aware of where our mind and body are located - How do you handle out of body experiences if you don't see your body? There are sections of your brain that can be detected to be active when this occurs -

A noise occurs - sometimes you know it is in front of you to the left - other times you hear a noise and have no idea where it is. Perhaps a jet over head it is never where you here it. the information of sight and sound are not in sync and you can't compensate for this input. Perhaps the in put within your brain is not always in sync

You probably are experiencing a conscious dream.

Research this, its easy to stop.

I consider it a gift, you should tune it that way you can do anything you want.

I have out of body experiences every day. Every time I light up an evil fart and it hangs around wearing out it's welcome among all my friends.
