By "dummy" do you mean a bustform which you can tailor women's clothes on? Or are you looking for a good tailoring shop? If you want a bustform, which is a replica of the upper half of the body set to your measurments, then go to a fabric store. Otherwise you shouldn't call peeps dummies! ;-)
