From the sound of it, the possibility of pregnancy wasn't discussed, and it's not planned? People very often don't really think about hey, I'm having sex, if this condom breaks or the pill doesn't work or whatever we might have a baby. So this was a huge emotional shock.
My boyfriend-at-the-time laughed when I told him I was pregnant. Cute, right? No. We're not talking "oh that's wonderful" laughing, but somewhat hysterical for an hour laughing. Disturbing. And yes I was pi$$ed.
Assuming he's regained conciousness, talk with him. Tell him you're upset and (perhaps) scared too and you need his support. Then give him a bit of space if he needs it. He'll come around. Or he won't.

Well, some people are very sensitive and don't take surprises well. Usually someone won't faint in this situation but it can happen I suppose. Also, well, I think that some woman would be mad if their bf or husband did that when they told them that they were pregnant. They are looking for support or happiness in this situation and if their bf or husband faints well...it may give them the wrong impression.

:) It's an emotional shock, maybe (although any guy who doesn't know sex can result in pregancy shouldn't be HAVING sex). Emotional shocks can result in psyiological reactions such as hyperventalating; blood pressure and heart rates changes etc.; THOSE are what actually result in "passing out" But hey - fainting can be a symptom of various health issues, including some really serious ones; I suggest daddy-to-be should be checked by a doctor or health professional, as should anyone who faints or passes out often OR without understandable circumstances (fasting or dehydration).

Pregnancy is a huge shock to anyone, even if planned.. it causes so much emotion!! I guess fainting can be normal if you easily faint =) If my boyfriend did that I would be kinda nervous about what he would say when he woke up! hehe. I think its normal so many different thoughts are going through your head. But good luck..

Well if you passed out of happiness i would not be mads but if you passed out as in like oh my god NO.. the yea i wil be mad and your gf!!

No you just learned of a big responsibility that apparently was not planned. Men often pas out during their wedding ceremony it is normal

i would not be mad i would be SCARED.
if that makes him pass out, at what other times is he going to crumble when i need him.
