Who was the first to hace a notion toward and/or discover quantum teleportation?

Its not teleportation in any way that you would consider meaningful - that term was used as hype. It actually exploits an apparent paradox first pointed out by Einstein, Podolsky and Rosen in a paper in 1935 to actually undermine quantum mechanics.
