That depends on the person answering the question. A lady I find attractive may not be so attractive to another man, and vice versa. So I would have to say all nationalities.
That being said, I find Asian and Caucasian women attractive. I guess that's my personal/physiological/cultural bias.

arab girls are hot. their dark hair, eyes, the mystery and passion. not to mention we belly dance =)
