The word "Masters" applies to only Serbia or Albania basically outside forces.
My message to Kosovo's Serbs would be join us not as Serbs in a Albanian dominated state but Kosovars were your rights will be assured in a new constitution.

I don't like the term 'masters' because it implies that the others are 'slaves'. And that isn't good.
But I can tell you who shouldn't be masters of Kosovo....Martti Ahtisaari , Joachim Rücker, Javeir Solana, Tony Blair, Boris Tadic, Vojislav Kostunica or Slobodan Milosevic or anybody else who isn't from Kosovo
The masters of any land should simply be the people who LIVE IN that country NOBODY ELSE.
So the 'masters of Kosovo should be these people...
88% Albanians (between 1,972,000 and 2,100,000)
7% Serbs (between 126,000 and 140,000)
1.9% Bosniaks (between 34,200 and 38,000)
1.7% Roma (between 30,600 and 34,000)
1% Turks (between 18,000 and 20,000)
0.5% Gorani (approx. 10,000)

Kosova should belong to kosovars....but don't forget that kosovars were 10 years with a lack of any institution...( serbs are guilty about that )...and they need to recover from that...so probably the foreign politicans aren't good enough to be masters...but also albanians need to work more on that issue..to have stands and beliefs about everything and then cooperate with Athisari and others.

I will paraphrase Gladstone "Macedonia to the Macedonians" as "Kosovo to the Kosovars". But Kosovars need Framework Agreement, as minorities in Macedonia got. Particularly, I am concerned about the minority rights of Macedonians in Kosovo, who live in the District of Gora.

Kosova should belong to its citizens.
In addition to Ahtisaari, Ryker, etc - Kraljica mentioned, I would say that Kosova should not belong to (individuals)Sejdiu, Ceku, Berisha, Ivanovic... either.

Are you people from the same planet? Someone is concerned with macedonian minority?
Kosovar is new, albanian term. What you imply here with your question is that you should be master of Kosovo.
You can unite here with this kralji-katica-something. You can be the evil king and she your evil queen, big masters of your Ork-kingdom (LOL). Be sure to make a lot of little Orks. Somebody should continue the tradition....
