What is the justice system like in your country?

In Australia it is crazy. A young man got 15 month's jail the other day for killing two young men in a car accident. And the list goes on. I just do not get it. What do you think?

In America, if you rich, famous or a politician , you get away with anything(rape, murder,fraud or corprate embezilment).
If you are black/hispanic (a minority) or poor , first the cops kick ur ***, then throw u in jail, strip u of all ur right & end up in prison big time for stealing a loaf of bread.
