You could try checking out all the free stuff around town. For about $30 you can get a pass to ride the monorail all up and down the strip, it stops at various hotels all the way along the strip from Sahara to MGM.
Then you can get around without your parents having to take you.
There are arcades in most of the hotels along the strip. So cheak them all out. And you could go to an IMAX show at the Luxor, motion rides, lots of things to do if you aren't old enough to gamble and drink.
And let me tell you a secret. Once you old enough to do those things and the novelty wears off, you don't want to do that. At least we don't when we go. Instead we like to walk around and just enjoy the atmosphere, the people, and the sites.
Go swimming at the pool, and there are lots of rides around. Check out the coasters at the New York, New York and the Sahara. Go up to the top of Stratosphere and ride the extreme rides at the top. They are awesome. But, don't let it get you down. You will have fun. Just go online and google Vegas and see what comes up. You will find lots of free stuff to do and inexpensive stuff to do. The key to having fun in Vegas, regardless of your age to to know what's there and take full advantage of that.
Checking the internet is the best way to find out all there is to do.
Good luck and have fun.

It depends on what you like to do but there are roller coasters and other rides at the Stratosphere. The pools can be good, There is lots of shopping both around the casinos, the outlet malls, and regular malls. There is Flyaway (indoor skydiving), go-cart tracks, and other amusement type places. Some of the shows are open to teenagers. There are the free shows like the Sirens of TI, the Mirage Volcano, the Bellagio Fountains, the Fremont Street Experience, and others. Have a great trip!

There's hundreds of thousands of matters to do in Vegas. Don't fear, you can determine it out, peculiarly whilst you are there.
