Many fund companies list their full holdings as of the latest quarter end on their website.

These days, it is extremely easy to find the holdings of mutual funds. Go to money.msn.com - find your fund in the fund section and click on top 25 holdings. That should give you a pretty good idea of what is in your fund.
In Canada, go to globefund.com - same thing, easy to use, but it only shows the top 10 holdings

Hard to find. Quarterly report will give complete listing as of end of quarter.

Morningstar has top 10 holdings I belive.

Prospectus, or even better the semi-annual report will give you more holding specific info as of some specific date.
