DO NOT erase iTunes. Go here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download Download iTunes again but DO NOT erase iTunes before you do this. When download is complete it will ask to uninstall or repair iTunes. Click on REPAIR. When the installer is done your problem should be fixed. And don't worry you will NOT lose your songs or videos.

1- make sure your USB cable didnt come unplugged from the back of your computer
2- go click on itunes icon and then under file or one of the butons on top there should be an option that says update ipod. go click it and it should work.

Best thing to do is copy all of your music and put in it in a separate folder. Uninstall Apple I Tunes and uninstall any IPOD software you have. Then reinstall I Tunes by going to www.apple.com. After that find new drivers for your IPOD from www.apple.com. Should work.

well, do u have different types of them? If so, you cannot sync, plus, If u sync on your friend's com., then all of yours will be deleted. Everything! I would stop trying, but if u really want those tunes, ask her to download the matieral 4 u.... And she also shoulld have it on the desktop...
