If you have a normal 28 day cycle...it's typical for a woman to ovulate on the 14th day from the 1st day of her last period! But not in all cases! If you are trying to get pregnant I would suggest plan to make your baby on the 11th day thru the 16th day, have sex once or twice a day. If you are trying to avoid becoming pregnant I would suggest steering clear from having sex between those days or make sure you are using protection! I wish you luck sweetheart! Most women ovulate in the middle of their cycle...so around day 14 or so from the first day of their last period....Since sperm can live inside for up to five days with the average being three its best to start having sex at around day 10 (again counting from the first day of your period) there are many sites you can input your cycle info and it will give you approx. time of ovulation based on your cycle..

it is usually around day 14 of your cycle.. depending on your cycle. if you have a 28 day cycle then you ovuate around day 14.. go to the dr and get them to do an ovulation test on you :)
