a couple years ago i found it difficult to find bears fans. then, they seemed to come alive. however, ever since the bears loss in the previous super bowl, they seemed to shy away. saying they dont care and try saying the bears were never their team. seriously, what happened???

No Doubt man!!! I figure its because after the LOSS, the organization has fallen apart! They got a bad QB, Briggs aint gonna tarnish his name playing for them, Jones is gone, Tank is in jail, and the sub-par teams in their division are getting better(except detroit) so after they beat the lions twice this year, they should finish at 2-14!

Well I cheered for the Bears over the Colts. I was never a Bears fan though. You will probably find that if you think back most weren't Bears fans anyway. They were cheering for the Bears over the Colts basically.

After getting spanked in the Super Bowl, they became Colts fans... just a two (2) hour drive South on I-65, from Chicago to Indianapolis...

Most people myself included jumped on the Bears bandwagon because of their dislike for the over rated quarterback of the colts.

there is always bandwagon fans for any team that is doing well. Chicago has some of the most loyal fans in the states. We support our bears even when they suck, and don't get me started on the cubs! them bandwagon fans can get lost, we don't need em!

The national media told casual fans that the storyline on the bears is that their starting quarterback is worse than any quarterback ever. No one likes to cheer for the worst quarterback ever.

check your question. notice the word "bandwagon." The bandwagon is only a good ride when it is, in fact, a good ride. Once it starts to suck, people quickly jump off. That's what happened to all the fair-weather bear fans.
