Brain = fish oils and fatty acids to help your brain function properly
Bone = milk calcium helps to build strong bones
Blood =Vegatables antioxidants and vitamins- nourishment and prevents contaminates

brain--knowledge and maths cause no matter even if u are eating a whole lot of nutrition if u are not exercising ur brain by using it then the nutrients u eat won't be properly utilised by your brain


bone--calcium and vitamind D many litle people know that VItamin d is also as necessary as much as calcium for the bones and it is only obtained by the early morning(soft) sunlight! not the noon one

blood:vitamin k as it produces protein prothrombin which helps in the clotting of blood and vitamin c which produces collagen which aids the clotting process however it should be noted that vitamins 'a,d,k,e' comes in the water insoluble group so it's excess can cause diseases related to excess vitamins ..for more information referr to a nutrition site.also vitamins 'b,c' come in the group of water soluble so no matter even if they are consumed in excess they are dissolved in water and are removed from the body in the form of excretion through urine.

brain: health food like fruits and veggies
bone: dairy and other stuff with calcium because it makes them bones nice and strong and it builds muscle
blood: whole grain... i can't remember why though....
soul: dark chocolate. seriously it is!!! it has more anti-depressants than regular chocolate and it helps reduce the risk of heart disease.
