We recently moved and have been here only a short amount of time. We moved when it was really cold out and now that it is warming up, I just found out that my "First" lives four houses down from us.
Would you be weirded out by this? All this time I just thought it was a friendly neighbor waving the times I saw him out as I would leave. Two days ago I saw his mom by our mail boxes, and was wierded out by the possibility of her being my neighbor possibly around the corner. Today, I found out he lives four houses away... Granted it has been several years. But still it is strange. Should I not let it bother me?

When you say that 'we' moved are you talking about you and your parents or you and your husband/boyfriend? Really either way it doesn't matter. It won't be a problem unless you make it a problem. On the other hand if you are available and still feel for this person then maybe it is more than a coincidence.

it form of feels a marvelous type of the time the girls persons are the talkers. i'm certainly the talker. i'd desire to be greater of a listener and he should be greater of a talker. i think in a marriage all of it works itself out if your the two pleased with it.

if it bothers you enough to make you move to a new place after all the trouble of moving...then maybe yes...
otherwise, juz another person in your life. if you don't feel comfortable with it, just avoid talking too often. it's not so easy to actually meet at such a time so conicidence that you have to acutally talk to him...
i don't even know my neighbours (at least well enough to talk to them) for twenty years....
do you ?

Honestly, it is no big deal because it has been several years. Just ignore it and don't let it brother you. Because you are married and mature now, leave the past where it belongs, in the past. But if it is brothering you, just tell your husband that your serious past boyfriend live a couple houses away, and talk about it but don't tell him all the details. Just wait a couple of weeks and let everything smoothed over. Besides, you don't have to talk to him or his parents even if they are your neighbors.

Ignore it. You don't have any feelings for him do you?? If not then just accept him as a neighbor and move on!

The question is does your husband know? You should tell him. If he wishes you to not talk to this guy, you should respect his wishes.
