I don't weigh that much, but I hate wearing tight clothes! I want to feel comfortable with that! I also don't want to see any health specialist/diet program.

Look up a low fat cookbook or some diet you think you'll be able to stick with, and grab a workout video that you can do in the privacy of your own home...I always mention Turbo Jam, I love this workout & it works....

No need for a gym, or a public diet program....
