my95LIC SIG twn has a hi pitch hum that changes pitch, sounds like it is comeingfrom under the dash,?

have changed the air bypass valve,disconnected emergency brake diaphram connection , still havehum that comes an goes.

Sounds like bushing in blower motor, turn off AC and Heater see if you still hear it.
