I'm researching friendship between young people, mainly girls. Do all friendship involve sex/drugs/alcohol? Do you believe there such thing as a pure and innocent friendship?

Of course not all friendships that involve sex,alcohol &drugs.I belive that there are pure and inocent friendships coz i have come across them.The ones i have invole Honesty,truthfulness,respect for each other and the list is endless.By the way think you should focus on boys friendships coz most though not all are based on sex, drugs&alcohol due to peer presure.This happens coz boys don't like breaking their friendships and thats why they are the most hitted by peer presure.Most of them do what their friends want them to do so that they can keep their friendships strong.Hope i have been of help concerning your research.

One of my first loves involved a hand holding, movie going friendship that I knew wouldn't go anywhere. She was in love with someone that didn't love her at the time.
