Several things can occur. One of the things is that you could choke from the pressure of the man's ejaculate hitting the back of your throat.
Another thing that's happened to me when swallowing my fiance's sperm is that I've had to crap really bad aftewards. Maybe it's mere coincidence lol. The sperm goes to the stomach anyway, right? You certainly don't digest sperm.
A third possibility is that you could puke it up from the shock of it combined with the awkward taste.
If the man has an STD you could get mouth sores just from sucking the dick. You may also catch the disease.
Those are the only possibilities I've ever heard of. You can not get pregnant from swallowing a man's ejaculate. You can not ever ever ever ever......I repeat EVER get pregnant from swallowing. Your stomach and digestive tract are not in any shape or form connected to your uterus, fallopian tubes or eggs so sperm can not implant itself into an egg via your stomach.

sperm is fine to swallow. It's mostly sugars, and contains about 6 calories per ejaculate. It's not going to hurt you, you can't get pregnant from it, and hey, it's a little nicer than just spitting, eh?
