Yeah that is pretty good for your size and age, do you do any cleans, or presses?

Your speed is already probably fine if you have the frame to add some bulk. There are plenty of college linebackers who run a 5.1. You probably want to be at least 200 by your senior year to get recruited, and hope you grow at least a couple inches (5'11" is a good baseline for a middle linebacker). The strength numbers are pretty low for a college football player, but you're 14 and you will add muscle just naturally (more if you lift hard). So I think if you continue to push yourself very hard, there's a good chance you'll turn yourself into a college linebacker prospect. There's another option: if you don't have a particularly wide frame, but get a lot faster in the next year, think about playing strong safety.

You can do better at squats. I was 5'9", 155lbs and squatted 400, dead lifted 450, benched 275. But those are pretty good numbers

Not too bad. If you have been lifting for a couple years then it should be higher, but if you just started within the next year then thats great. Always keep working.

so why is this posted in the football category? do you think that only football fans would appreciate your weightlifting numbers? Here's the thing: i'm a big football fan, and i don't really care at all about your MAX BENCH and SQUAT.

Also, they are not pretty good. they are GREAT! keep up the good work, buddy!
