apart from what has already been mentioned, aqueos iron(II) is green in colour wheres iron(III) is yellow in aqueos solutions

The difference between the two is their charges, a difference of 1 electron.

Iron (II) has a +2 electric charge; it has lost two of its electrons.
Iron (III) has a +3 electric charge; it has lost 3 of its electrons.

There is a slight difference in mass (since one has an additional electron), but this difference in so incredibly small that it is neglected.
Electrons are not taken into account when calculating the atomic mass of a substance since, compared to the mass of protons and neutrons, the mass of electrons is negligible.

You can’t say anything about the number of neutrons in each ion. There might be a difference between the two, there might not, we don’t have that information since it is not specified. Since neutrons have no electric charge, they will not affect the charge on the ion.

Yes, Iron (II) has one extra neutron, and iron (III) has two extra.
