The yardsticks and definitions of Economic Development cannot be same for a country like the USA and another nation like Afghanistan While the US would talk and define their development in terms of Space exploration, leisure availability, and the like...., the newly emerging Afghanistan, where even basic education is yet to take shape, would have different connotation.
