IS Pluto really a planet or not?

PLUTO IS NOT A PLANET BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A NORMAL PLANET.

it used to be, but it was recently voted off the list of planets in our solar system.

No, it got kicked off the planet lists... so size does matter...
