It's vandalism and trespassing and, yes, you can get arrested.
It's a pretty childish thing to do.

I think it is illegal to trespass and ur also littering and i have a friend who got pulled over and had to go back and pick up a piece of trash that he threw out the window so you would probably get fined for littering and have to clean it up

Depending on your age, you probably won't get arrested. Just a heavy warning and if you do it and continually get caught I'm sure eventually they will take you into custody. Simple solution: Don't get caught or bring someone with you who you know you can outrun so they are the ones who get caught not you.

It's a misdemeanor and you can get arrested and have to go to court and possibly pay a fine for it, but it's not like it's a felony or anything serious. Just don't get caught lol

I don't know if it is illegal but if you want to make it really good, after you tp the house get a hose and wet the paper, it takes ages to clean off

They can get you for littering and trespassing {if the homeowners press charges}. Altohugh, it REALLY isn't illegal per se, but you can be fined, and probably taken back to your home to confront parents. Now if you have parents that do it WITH you, that's another story. But no, you really can't get arrested.

i believe it is illegal if the owner of the house press charges for punitive damage. If the owner is a real pain, he/she can also charge for emotional distress since you have tp-ed the house, which may "stress" him/her out.
but of course, you should never tp someone's house unless you are a very close friend of the owner of the house...

Criminal trespassing, littering and vandalism. I have already been through this after someone trashed my yard.

Yes, you can get arrested, and it is quite juvenile. Why would you want to do it?
