please help if i want itunes for my razr v3 not v3i how can i get it.and how can i change a m4a file to mp3?

the only way would be to wipe the cell phone memory and completely reformat the software. The V3I is different not only in software but hardware as well. You're better off trading your phone or buying a new one than to try and reformat it.

down load that i tune software coz motorola phones are supported by i-tunes. Then you can now rip your music then transfer it to your phone
