You are a man. Men have hair there. Get over it. Anything you do to remove the hair will do some of the following: itch, burn, hurt, cost a lot of money, make you smell bad (because sweat doesn't evaporate if your underwear sticks to your skin). There are other things to concern yourself about rather than trying to undo puberty. The sooner you accept your manliness, the happier you will be.

There is hair removal cream you can use on your butt and your pubic hair. You rub them on. leave for ten minutes (whatever... read instructions) then rub the hair with a washer under a shower and the hair just falls off.
They are a chemical based treatment which I think is too harsh for your sack.. so if it were me... I'd shave that... just take it real slow.. spend some time in the shower and lather up properly.

the only safe way to do this without irritation is to put a real warm rag on those sensitive areas to open up the pores and use a regular razor to shave them. i have left my contact info on your instant message. feel free to contact me if you need further help. good luck.
