Would you let some one take a picture of you wearing a neck barce?

It would not be of you in a neck brace because you had to be...Just because you said you would do it..

if that "someone" is someone you love and feel VERY VERY comfortable with, then yes, I would definitely let that someone take a picture of me wearing a neck brace.
However, like i said, you must feel very comfortable with that someone in the first place to even think about saying "yes". You must trust that person completely, and that person must first earn your trust, of course. Good luck!

If not for lawsuit purposes, and you mean neck brace as one would wear after whip lash, I'll state what I learned from my
daughter:
When a picture turns out bad, why keep it around for evidence
to be found. For a nice picture of you, take it off for the photo,
then put it back on. This isn't a memory you want to be
remembered by in the future.

it depends on what the picture is for, if it's like an art project or something then yea, but if it was like a sick fantasy then hell no.
