America has a lot of money and resources and every country would be better off if it was like America, we would benefit too with more wealthy trading partners, so how do we make more countrys good like the US?

Please have some pity on others...don't do that!

Stop treating America as the ONLY country in the world! What makes you feel that other places should be like it?
Now, I don't hate America.
It is the seat of:
Technological advancement
Freedoms of all sorts
Wonderful trading system
Clean and modern cities
Impressive law and order
High standard of living
It is a melting pot!
It has the UN, WTC, etc.
IT HAS EVERYTHING!!!

But what I'm trying to say is that "money and resources" aren't the only things needed today.
Some reasons why I don't like this country:
It has little moralities
It has excessive hedonism and materialism
Some liberties that prevail are beyond the required limit (for instance, tell me how many of your teenagers are NOT into drugs, sex, scandals, etc? It's a matter of shame if you're a virgin in high-school. Good Lord!)
It is culturally bland
It possesses a superiority complex (in the sense that it unthinkingly does what it wants to! Heard how Agent Orange scarred a whole generation in Vietnam?)
It is fickle-minded (eg, Armitage spoke something in Pakistan and later in India, was all different regarding some policies----donno a lot about this)

Well, I don't want to go on.
Still I know that America is one nation to which everyone looks up too, mostly because over there EVERY kind of work has its own dignity (I admire that) Nothing is menial.
What other countries can learn from America is its very systematic infrastructure; hard work, punctuality and regularity of the people.

Beleive me, we're trying. It's called Nation-building, and it's been in the works for over a century, but especially during the Cold War.

Good examples include South Korea, Japan, and a number of African and South American countries. These are democracies, and without America's influence, they would not have been democracies. Granted, they are not all identical to the US, but they are democratic and capitalist, and that's the good part.

They still retain their own cultures, heritages, and customs... Iraq, for example, will never have the same culture as America, but it can be democratic and capitalist and therefore prosperous.

It's countries like Venezuela we need to look out for. It's already gone socialist under Hugo Chavez and now he's trying to spread communism around south america, undoing all the good we've done.

why on earth would we want to make them like the usa???the usa is a cesspit!!! her own people are so eager to not offend anyone that they wont even let those who wish to show some patriotism fly a flag! and dont let GOD be mentioned...forget the fact that HE was why this nation became so great in the first place. everything that GOD stands for is thrown out the window as unacceptable now and new rules and laws made up to replace them...so now our children are uncontrollable, and full of violence and hate. no, i think them other countries are much better off left to themselves....

For starters, we can allow them the freedom to choose their own path - kind of like our forefathers did.

We can stop exploiting the other countries, and then they wouldn't have people stealing their resources.
