they havnt celebrated for the victory, the record they made is great and it need to be celebrated. neways victory is victory.

Hmmm....extending this logic, losing to minnows should not have hurt you too.
Hey! dude, we are talking about World Cup and a victory at this level deserves a jig. Bermuda did not reach this level as a courtesy, they played and reached this stage. Imagine if we had lost?
Indians dont need any other critics when we have many right in our backyard. The way and manner in which we won is what was celebrated - so what if it is Bermuda. Someone has to stay the course, the runs scored, wickets taken - whatever is requried to win a match has to be done. By the way, many other teams played against Bermuda and why is it that they could not achieve what India did? So you have to give the devil its due instead of undermining ourselves.

The way Indian cricket team played and finished with the 3 records is good. So that we are on the right track towards World Cup 2007. So nothing like stupid.

Winning against Barmuda and for that matter against any other team is not at all opportune time for celebration as we are playing in the world criket's most prestigeous tournament and nothing less than winning the final deserved to be celebrated.

Though Bermuda is the weakest team in this WC but still they have qualified for the WC with some skills......you are right its not a big achievement to get a victory agasint Bermuda but they have scored above 400 runs and that has increased their run rate alot.so if they manage to defeat srilanka somehow..... this average would take them to super eight ! so it does matter to some extend .......No??

i guess that after losing to bangladesh, this was a great relief. besides the team broke a lot of records, which helped them regain their confidence
