I had to get stitches in my tongue. I jumped off a roof and hit my chin with my knee. My tongue got sliced wide open. I went to the hospital July 3rd, they made me wait until July 4th until they saw me, then charged me 50 extra bucks because it was a holiday

Yes, I had a leg amputated, they stretch the skin over the stump and stitch it together.
Jeez, I'm grossing myself out!
My thigh was also broken so a steel pin went in there, leaving me a ten inch stitch scar right along the centre or my remaining leg.
So ugly, but the other option was bleeding to death by the roadside.
I too had stitches from the birth of my daughter.
They were disolvable.
Whoever invented those deserves a medal.

Yes I have a few times, once when I was hit in the back of the head with a rock, bled like crazy. Other times for minor surgery.
I do have a nephew though who accidentally poked himself in the forehead (right smack in the middle) with a thin metal tube and had to have a perfect circle of stitches sewn into the middle of his forehead, man did that look funny (it looked like someone had put a plug in his head).

Not stitches but I had to get one stitch when I got hit in the head with a golf club.

Yeah, in my right foot, the cut was about an inch and half long and about 2 centimeters deep. I was paying rent to my ex-mother-in-law. The 911 operator who took the call, had the nerve to ask if I was bleeding. I was given 11 stiches in all, they stayed in two weeks.

YES ! About 6 times for varies mishaps, plus after childbirth - ouch that was 17 of them ! Never again, now I ask for a c-section !

I've had those stitches to and a few more when I was growing up. I was too much the tom-boy then.

When I was 5. My grandpa took my sister and I fishing - I got a fish hook stuck in my head... I still have a little bald spot where they had to cut the hook out and stitch it up...

Yes, in the middle of my front lip when I was 7 or 8 yrs. old. A girl accidentally hit me in the face with her lunch box and split my lip open. Still have a scar. I remember screaming bloody murder. My poor mom...
