This is all hypothetical, of course. I recently finished Cell by Stephen King, a science fiction novel, in which the brain was reset by cell phones emitting a noise or pulse. The brain then was restructured and accessed in it's entirety.

Is there a chance of resetting the brain to access this other percentage that we don't use? Are there previous cases of humans being able to use that percentage?

You know, this is a big misconception. It's not that we don't use 90% of our brain, we use all of it.. But the actual statement was only 10 % of our neurons are actually firing at any moment. If too many of our neurons fire at the same time, we call that an epileptic seizure. So, I don't want more neurons firing than already are.

we could have been created by the Anunaki,as slaves to mine gold for them,
the reptilian brain some say is a souvenir of Anunaki genetics
and their are other Alien cells hidden with in our own cells.

if that was true ,and we know that only a fraction of our brain is accesseble to us ,
it would make sense that if an Alien created a slave he would leave parts of the brain under his control.or at least accessible only to them.

maybe the parts of the brain ,we cannot use ,others can ,
and we are human robots waiting to be activated for what ever evil designs our masters have in store for us.????????

maybe a lot of people are activated already ,humanity has done so many strange things.

we can see only 3 of the 11 dimensions, and of that we can only see 3%,we are practically blind in our own world.

But there are halucegenics that can open some doors
when we take Ahuahuaska,or Peyote ,or some mushrooms ,we see more of our 3 dimensional world, like auras ,
and can leave our bodies to make limited dimensional voyages, always connected via the silver thread.

but still, all in all the largest part of our brains remains beyond our reach, maybe it does not belong to us,and we dont have the password or key

I think this myth is overstated. You can use most of your brain especially if you tap into your subconscious.

You might look at Jung and dream interpretation for starts.
